Job Purpose

To handle and manage day-to-day financial functions and Primary responsibilities include supervision of the monthly close process, monthly, quarterly and annual, monthly preparation of a reforecast, annual preparation of a budget and all treasury administration. The Financial Controller will also be part of a team that creates and implements policies and procedures to identify, resolve and document accounting issues in addition to creating procedures to make the close and reporting processes more efficient and accurate.

Job Duties:

  • Check all voucher of All CASH payment request with its reason & authorization. And accuracy and supporting documents
  • Check and analysis for Excursion payment vouchers Rest/ At The Top
  • Check all Preparations for Hotel / Guide/ Transport and other cheque payment preparations from Payable Dept
  • Coordinating with receivable and follow up for collections and agents balance
  • Coordinating and follow up with operations for Open files and other collection issues
  • Control International bank accounts and follow ups
  • Control on issuance of visa to customers and its accountability
  • Prepare the evaluations for each accountant.
  • Check and follow the aging of tour operator
  • Control Transport account for our own buses
  • Analyze all general expenses and Authorize
  • Control the income and expenses with our budget and apply as per budget
  • Prepare the budget for the next season.
  • Analysis of Financial Statement and reports to Management
  • All international Bank Reconciliation(reco)- and updating of accounts (coordinate with Nathalie for reco of those Inter office bank statements Reco)
  • Staff Vacation Settlement and clearance –re check and taking approval
  • Pay Roll Preparation with attendance and control of Advance, Under Cost and other deductions –WPS statement and letter with Bank
  • Disbursement of Cash Salary to staff and update System Entry for Salary
  • Clearing Query with Auditors
  • Cooperating with all outside supplier and solve any problem could be faced

Skills

  1. An accounting education and membership with any accounting body such as Institute of Chartered Accountants or CPA etc.
  2. Good ability to motivate, develop and manage team and efficiency to work with other similar staff.
  3. Technical and functional skills in financial controlling.
  4. Resilient Customer focus and strong analytical and financial skills.
  5. Good skill of using Accounting software’s
  6. Good Communication skills and exhibit excellent professional ethics
