Experience:

Minimum 2 years experience in tourism industry

Job Description:

  1. Attending day-to-day activities with high professional and sufficient way.
  2. Ensure that all work executed in a correct and timely manner in alignment with services booked as per each files requirements.
  3. Arranging for meet & assist, accommodation, transportation, restaurants, guiding and other related services, according to client itinerary.
  4. Facilitating for smooth and easy execution of services from arrival until departure.
  5. Re-negotiate with all the suppliers in coordination with the contracting department to reduce the rates and achieve maximum benefits for the file.
  6. Coordinate with other departments, transportation and ground operation to make sure all services accordingly to client’s itinerary with accuracy and quality.
  7. Call the hotels to make sure, that all rooms blocked are as per agent requirements and communicate with the front office of each hotel for smooth check-in of the clients.
  8. Call the restaurants and check location, menus and tables booked for the clients to make sure it’s as per agent’s requirement.
  9. Check the buses, clean less, smell, driver uniform, and make sure they presentable and will be on time.
  10. Coordinate with the guides to meet them before the tour to make sure they understand the itinerary in coordination with the operation team.
  11. Manage and monitor service providers to ensure the ground operations product delivered effectively and to maximize customer satisfaction.
  12. Meeting the clients at the airport and escorting them to the hotel and make sure of smooth check-in.
  13. Discuss daily itinerary with the tour leader and confirm pick-up / drop off timing and all details to make sure clients are highly satisfy and comfortable.
  14. Escorting the clients during their trip, face and solve all issues / problems, which may happened in coordination with the operation / product team.
