Japanese – Operation Staff

Candidate Requirements:

  • Japanese nationality
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing. Additional language will be considerable add value.
  • Smart, organized, creative, has the ability to work under pressure
  • Multi tasked person, like office work, with high computing skills.
  • High knowledge of Excel, word and PowerPoint
  • Has no issue to work different timing, with possibility to move on ground and within cities.
  • Have good communication skills with high respect of different culture standard.
  • Ready to re-located whenever needed

Job Description:

  • Attending day-to-day activities with high professional and sufficient way
  • Reply all agents inquires on time with high professionalism, well presented offers, full needed information and most competitive rates to materialize maximum business.
  • Prepare quotations, itineraries and send it to agents with well-presented proposal.
  • Receive the confirmed bookings with all required information from the agents and open files on Rida Int. internal system.
  • Ensure that all work executed in a correct and timely manner in alignment with services booked as per each files requirements.
  • Arranging for meet& assist, accommodation, transportation, restaurants, guiding and other related services, according to client itinerary.
  • Facilitating for smooth and easy execution of services from arrival till departure.
  • Re-negotiate with all the suppliers in coordination with the contracting department to reduce the rates and achieve maximum benefits for the file
  • Send confirmation of the services to the agents on time with full information, presentable and professional way
  • Adhere to all agents’ requirements to give them maximum satisfaction and create agent loyalty to Rida Int. brand.
  • Follow-up cash / advances supplier’s payment in coordination with the account to eliminate any issues, which can affect the service.
  • Coordinate with other departments, transportation and ground operation to make sure all services done accordingly to client’s itinerary with accuracy and quality.
  • Prepare clients documents (itinerary, signboard, vouchers, confirmation, guide details, restaurants details and all contact numbers) deliver to ground operation department and brief Rida Int. TL to make sure all clear.
  • Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns.
  • Get agents feedback about provided services to their clients, positive and negative points to improve our services.
  • Achieve your monthly / quarter target calculated by the management
  • Adhere to Management instructions and company policy.
