Office Manager & Head of Sales

Experience:

Minimum 9 years in tourism industry

Job Description:

  1. Study, analysis and evaluate your market, competition, strength / weakness, products, sellable destinations, to create exclusive sales and business development plan for maximum market share.
  2. Coordinating with the product team of each office to obtain the packages and tariffs to submit to the agents.
  3. Promoting Rida Int. Brand to Agents, by Sales trips, phone calls, emails, and all marketing and follow-up tools.
  4. Following aggressively with the agents in your market to achieve maximum business share for the company.
  5. Coordinating between agents’ requests, operation and product team.
  6. Coordinate between agents and Rida offices / worldwide suppliers for smooth execution of confirmed business.
  7. Evaluate existing sales and operation team, distribute duties / agents according to each staff duties and target. Coordinate and distribute duties internally between sales and supported operation team.
  8. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  9. Evaluate, appraise and follow-up each staff duties, performance and target achievement to make sure it is according to budget.
  10. Achieving the targeted budget.
  11. Create and develop MICE section with creative ideas.
  12. Make Proper connection Network with all Rida International offices.
  13. Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff.
  14. Co-ordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
  15. Coach, Mentor, maintain office discipline all time, and solve daily sales / operation and administration issues.
  16. Organize orientation and training of new staff members.
  17. Design and implement filing systems.
  18. Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping.
  19. Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data.
  20. Design and implement office policies and procedures.
  21. Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures.
  22. Analyses and monitor internal processes and implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency.
  23. Adjust, control and set-up rules office expenses according to budget and maintain office supplies inventory.
  24. Manage internal staff relations to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
  25. Maintain Monthly / Quarterly report of the achievement for each office to Rida Int. High management.
  26. Achieve your monthly / quarter target calculated by the management.
