Experience:
Minimum 7 years in tourism industry … 3-4 years of experience in a managerial role
Job Description:
- Coordinate of all operations.
- Follow up new Business opportunities & setting up meetings.
- Planning and preparing presentations, communicating new product, developments to prospective client, overseeing the development of Marketing Literature.
- Managing & Retaining relationships with existing clients.
- Facilitating for smooth and easy execution of services from arrival till departure.
- Adhere to all agents’ requirements to give them maximum satisfaction and create agent loyalty to company brand.
- Follow-up cash / advances supplier’s payment in coordination with the account to eliminate any issues, which can affect the service.
- Coordinate with other departments, transportation and ground operation to make sure all services done accordingly to client’s itinerary with accuracy and quality.
- Follow up the confirmed business with all agents & coordinate with company operation team in each office.
- Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns.
- Get agents feedback about provided services to their clients, positive and negative points to improve our services.
