Experience:

Minimum 7 years in tourism industry … 3-4 years of experience in a managerial role

Job Description:

  1. Coordinate of all operations.
  2. Follow up new Business opportunities & setting up meetings.
  3. Planning and preparing presentations, communicating new product, developments to prospective client, overseeing the development of Marketing Literature.
  4. Managing & Retaining relationships with existing clients.
  5. Facilitating for smooth and easy execution of services from arrival till departure.
  6. Adhere to all agents’ requirements to give them maximum satisfaction and create agent loyalty to company brand.
  7. Follow-up cash / advances supplier’s payment in coordination with the account to eliminate any issues, which can affect the service.
  8. Coordinate with other departments, transportation and ground operation to make sure all services done accordingly to client’s itinerary with accuracy and quality.
  9. Follow up the confirmed business with all agents & coordinate with company operation team in each office.
  10. Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns.
  11. Get agents feedback about provided services to their clients, positive and negative points to improve our services.
