Minimum 3 years in tourism industry

Job Description:

  1. Coordinating with the product team of each office to obtain the packages and tariffs to submit to the agents.
  2. Promoting company Brand to Agents, by Sales trips, phone calls, emails, and all marketing and follow-up tools.
  3. Following aggressively with the agents in your market to achieve maximum business share for the company.
  4. Coordinate between agents and Rida offices / worldwide suppliers for smooth execution of confirmed business.
  5. Attending day-to-day activities with high professional and sufficient way.
  6. Reply and follow-up all agents inquires on time with high professionalism, to achieve maximum business materialization.
  7. Handle unforeseen problems, complaints and determine eligibility for money returns.
  8. Follow-up agent’s payment in coordination with the account.
  9. Achieve your monthly / quarter target calculated by the management
