Candidate Requirements:
- Fluent in English speaking and writing. Additional language like Arabic will be considerable add value.
- Open personality, talkative, Smart, organized, creative, has the ability to work under pressure
- Multi tasked person, like office work, with high computing skills.
- High knowledge of Excel, word and PowerPoint
- Have good and updated worldwide suppliers’ network
- Have good and updated clients / agents and or corporate database within UAE
- Have minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar position in reputable company
- Have good communication skills with high respect of different culture standard.
- Have UAE driving license will be add value
- Ready to re-located whenever needed
Job Description:
- Collecting competitor’s product information, to assess our products and adjust accordingly. Create competitive products according to market requirement.
- Follow-up new leads and referrals resulting from field activities
- Establish and maintain current Local agents and potential Agents relationships
- Coordinating with Rida Int. offices worldwide, to their products (Packages, tariffs, flash sales, theme packages) and submit to the local travel agent by hard and soft copies and follow-up their feedback.
- Be aware of the market conditions and competitor’s rates for Rida Int. Destinations and packages to advise Rida Int. office and have rates that are more competitive.
- Communicate aggressively with the agents to follow-up by E-mails, Phone calls, skype…and get maximum business from them.
- Coordinate with Rida Offices to reply all agents inquires on time with high professionalism, presentable offers, full needed information and most competitive rates to materialize maximum business.
- Maintain follow-up system of each quoted request to the agent, get their feedback about the rates, and achieve maximum materialization.
- Get agents feedback about provided services to their clients, positive and negative points to improve our services.
- Achieve your monthly / quarter target calculated by the management
- Adhere to Management instructions and company policy
