Minimum Graduation and Diploma in Travel and Tourism or Diploma in Information Technology
Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience in Travel Technology
Job Duties:
- Coordinate with Software Developer for new Features.
- Coordinate with Designer for all template.
- Conducting Training for Employee about all new features.
- Conducting Training for agents about how to use the system.
- Coordinate with the suppliers and negotiate the price.
- Comparing the price between all suppliers.
- Coordinate regarding XML and API integration with supplier and software Developer.
- Manage and control Extra-net with Data entry Team.
- Promote the system with flyers and promotional prices and in social Media
- Creating Process Flows and Documents for all Travel related products
- Create and distribute booking for the reservation team
- Follow up with hotels and suppliers about all the bookings
- Coordinate with hotel contracting team to have the good prices
