Russian Speaking – Ground staff

Candidate Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Russian, speaking and writing. Additional language will be considerable add value.
  • Smart, organized, creative, has the ability to work under pressure with prompt attitude in solving problems.
  • Have good interpersonal skills with high ability in dealing with people of different nationality and culture.
  • Has no issue to work different timing, with possibility to move on ground and within cities.

Job Description:

  • Check the itinerary of each files, received from the operation team / product team and clarify it completely with them in each point.
  • Call the hotels to make sure, that all rooms blocked are as per agent requirements and communicate with the front office of each hotel for smooth check-in of the clients.
  • Call the restaurants and check location, menus and tables booked for the clients to make sure it’s as per agent’s requirement.
  • Check the buses, clean less, smell, driver uniform, and make sure they presentable and will be on time.
  • Coordinate with the guides to meet them before the tour to make sure they understand the itinerary in coordination with the operation team
  • Manage and monitor service providers to ensure the ground operations product is delivered effectively and to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Meeting the clients at the airport and escorting them to the hotel and make sure of smooth check-in
  • Discuss daily itinerary with the tour leader and confirm pick-up / drop off timing and all details to make sure clients are highly satisfy and comfortable
  • Escorting the clients during their trip, face and solve all issues / problems, which may happened in coordination with the operation / product team.
  • Check any additional requirements of the tour leader during the tour and coordinate with the operation and product team
  • Submit the questionnaire to the tour leader to fill by end of the tour, make sure it’s filled with positive feedback , otherwise discuss the results with him to make him highlight satisfy.
  • Submit the entire questionnaire to Quality Control manager and copy to the file handler and product manager of the department.
  • Entering all data (hotel rates, transfers, restaurants…etc) on Rida Int. Internal operation system.
  • Reporting to quality control manager
  • Achieve your monthly / quarter target calculated by the management
  • Adhere to Management instructions and company policy.
