Reservation/Operation staff (Russian speaking)
This is a great opportunity for anyone that is proactive, able to solve problems under pressure in a very dynamic environment. Professional hotel and tourism qualification or work experience within an inbound tour operator or a hospitality background is desirable.
Minimum Requirement:
- 2 years’ experience in tourism industry
- Must be Russian speaking
Job Duties:
- Making arrangements for transport, hotel accommodation, tours/excursions and other activities.
- Coordinate with service supplier: excursion – transportation and actively monitor cost and selling.
- Delegate job responsibility to airport reps & drivers
- Maintain good relationships and constant contact with hotels and service supplier’s together with Allocating data entry from the system
